  • Drag the clip into the New item icon and it will give you a matching sequence.
    You can also check the file with Mediainfo.

    Whether it was a interlaced timeline or not you will never know.

  • Yes Premiere supports those formats for quite some versions.
    1. Export with any loss means using a (visual) lossless codec such as Cineform, DNxHD, Prores (mac only)
    2. What is the final destination of your project.
