XAVC HD and MPEG HD 422 (Sony HXR-Z90) native support in Premiere?
Does Premiere support XAVC HD and MPEG HD 422 (Sony HXR-Z90) straight out from the camera (i.e., without transcoding or file rewrapping or other magic)?
Two main goals:
1. Most basic cut and paste of clip pieces (without any editing on effects, colors, etc) and export without any loss (so a pro-studio can do the post on such selected clips).
2. Full-blown, complete post to produce a finished show.Sony HXR-Z90 rec set:

Yes Premiere supports those formats for quite some versions.
1. Export with any loss means using a (visual) lossless codec such as Cineform, DNxHD, Prores (mac only)

so both (XAVC HD and MPEG HD 422) format will be read and handled natively without problem in Premiere, correct?

You need to be more specific about theatre projection; there are many ways to do this.
