It all depends on the color of the water.
If its green you can use a magenta.
If its blue you can use the warm yellow.
The setting of the opacity is trial and error.
You probably also need to do some levels correction and slight sharpen.

You are refering to two different panels.
In the Media Browser you can use j,k and l to view the clips.
In the Project Panel in icon view you can use j,k and l also but there is were you set I and O In and outpoints.
For the shortcuts to work select the clip first.———————————————–
