Missing Collapse-Expand twirly on MacBook Pro
The Premiere Pro CC software on my laptop is missing the Collapse-Expand twirly on the video and audio tracks. Is there a preference setting somewhere that will restore it?
This is a downloaded trial version of Adobe CC. The Collapse-Expand twirly is present on the software I downloaded to my MacPro, so this newb is stumped!

There is no twirly down for CC.
You either double click on the track header or
scroll with your mouse over the track header.———————————————–

Thanks, Ann – so the only way to access keyframes on my laptop is to resize the track? And is there an alternate way to jump from keyframe to keyframe without the control that is revealed under the collapse-expand twirl down?
Also, do you know why the collapse-expand twirly appears on my MacPro but not on my MacBook Pro? It’s kind of hard to follow tutorials when my software is behaving differently! For example, Lumetri Looks appear under the Effects tab on my laptop computer, but not on my desktop computer.

Oh you want keyframes.
The are off by default
Go to the wrench in the timeline and Show video/audio keyframes.There are two Lumetri’s
The first it the effect found under Color Correction.
Lumetri Looks are preset and the are in their own folder down at the bottom of the Effects window.———————————————–

My MacPro desktop system software doesn’t have the wrench or the Lumetri Looks. Those appear only on my MacBook Pro laptop.
I’m still trying to understand why the same software appears differently on different computers. That seems to defeat the transportability advantage that cloud-based software should have. I’d like to be able to work on projects either at my office with the big, fancy speakers and monitors, or on my laptop while sipping coffee at Starbucks — and it would be helpful if the software was identical in either situation!

I can only say: this is weird.
I am inclined to say: reinstall the software and make sure the OS is up to date.———————————————–

On closer inspection, my Adobe Applications Manager IS installing Premiere Pro CS6 on my MacPro. Photoshop and Bridge are CC; After Effects and SpeedGrade are CS6 versions. Not sure what’s up with that since I thought I was signed up for the CC trial software.
