More than a few users are upset and all I can suggest is to submit it as a product suggestion. If enough users let Sony know their feelings, they may change it in a future update.

Oh. That seems annoying. I hate when companies mess with things that are already easy to use and don’t let you change them. Is there any way to move it back to where it was at the top?

If I’m upgrading from Vegas 11, can I get the upgrade price? Or is that only for 12 users?

Edit: Nevermind, I was remembering the price of Vegas 12.
I still use Vegas 11 and never got 12. Will I have to get 12 to then get the upgrade discount, or can I go straight from 11 to 13?

For me, it will be the 4k coming out of the Panasonic GH4, which I’ll render out for Cineform, which I’ll use in turn to turn it into 1080p 4:4:4 video to color grade.

I never upgraded to 12, so I’ll probably get 13 to be able to edit 4k video. However, if I had 12 I’m not sure I’d upgrade unless it was inexpensive.

I won’t have a strong opinion until I use it, but nothing seems that remarkable about it so far other than the fact that they’ve taken longer than usual to release this, meaning they’ve hopefully gotten rid of a lot of bugs.
