Do the DPX and MOV footage have the same time code in 23.976? If they don’t then you may need to do a full manual conform.
I assume DPX on recorder and mov from camera.

Check your composition and export settings. This artifact looks like its caused by interlacing and this material should be treated as progressive during the entire editing process.

I would consider everything to be 23.976 to make the editing and conforming accurate.
Once you have your master reels, interpret them as 24fps and adjust the duration of the audio to match (this will affect the pitch ever so slightly). This would be the cleanest way, in my opinion, to conform to 24fps.

Please see my answer to your former post. The RAM upgrade is solid (Can’t ever complain at it for a cheap and easy upgrade) but chances are a GPU upgrade is misguided and won’t buy you much in terms of overall performance with R3D footage. The GPU handles no part of its processing directly https://forums.creativecow.net/readpost/3/939205
It may shave some time off because it handles resizing and GPU enabled effects, but you will have to slog through your final renders if doing them at full quality.
My verdict is offline editing, and then online the 4K stuff later on during the finishing stage. You’ll be in much better shoes.

The recorder uses MPEG-2 compression. You either need to grab Calibrated-Q https://www.calibratedsoftware.com/QXD.asp which will read MPEG2 MOV files or re-wrap the files to MP4 which Premiere should read without issue using something like MPEG Streamclip https://www.squared5.com/

With a program like AutoHotKey, you could conceivably program it to trigger three shortcut key combinations when you press one. AutoHotKey and similar programs intercept your keystrokes and allows you to script things around them. It’s a totally seperate program and useful for many things. https://lifehacker.com/5598693/the-best-time+saving-autohotkey-tricks-you-should-be-using Not sure if they have a version for Mac if you’re on one, but there should be a similar program out there.

You could set up a program like Autohotkey to trigger multiple shortcut key combinations from one keystroke, effectively making a universal shortcut key.
