You can precompose the final comp into a 640×480 comp and it would crop the edges and then add this to the render queue. If you are rendering uncompressed you can even, render out the 720×480 first and then reimport and do the adobe suggestion if your project has heavy rendering.
To fit some of the design you can cheat for the smaller version and scale the width down so that only 40 pixels get cut off rather than 80.

I’m here 🙂 Just been in the field a lot and working on some commercials and stuff, my wife said the same thing so I’ve been spending some time with her and the family.
My wife is about 7 months along so we have all that baby room stuff. I painted the room pink as I was told, but she decided she wanted another color so what did I do… I painted it again. After Primering it first. The things we do for love and a hot meal 😉
Also, just went fishing with my Dad. Fun stuff.

Try moviing the camera Point of Interest further away. You may be getting too close and the camera is turning its head.
You also might try using a 3d null to controll the camera’s movement.

June 5, 2007 at 11:03 pm in reply to: Searching for Boom, baang, ping, poing, wuuush!!A guy named shane ross had a great idea, set up play lists in itunes and search through it and categorize them… It was a bit more involved but this is what I remember. Usually sound collections are pre-organized and when you find something good you could save it to a favorites playlist.
I’m actually working on a SFX collection myself:
https://www.videocopilot.net/dsfx.htmlOne of my goals was to not make a collection of a million sounds but to just make a good set of the “favorite” most commonly used…
I have a great collection called Noise Generator (noisegenerator.com) It has a lot of sounds but finding the right one is difficult because you have so many choices…
Good Luck,

The Frame Rate is actually: 60 fps Paint Splatter and Ink FX, 30 fps TV Noise. The videos are all progressive.
Well, I’m not sure it is necessary to convert the frame rate to anything but the native one. These elements are meant to be used graphically, so as long as you conform them to your project at 25fps that should be fine. You can import the folder (file import, choose “import folder”) and interpret all of the elements at 50p or 25p. Then save the project and import this project to any work projects and save the time of interpreting again.
Now if you are concerned about the frame size and the slowness of 720p in standard definition work, I can understand why you might resize but I personally like to have the freedom to scale the media up.
Then again, can give me an instance where you would need the elements to be re-rendered to a specific format? My thought was that you would simply interpret to the native frame rate of the project.
If you really wanted to thought a straight conversion of the video on a 25p time line would look fine because of the 60p. You will easily have all unique frames and minimum time offset jitter.

Oh boy. LOL, I loved this show.
I actually was playing with this effect a while ago, basically a bunch of animated masks to keep the outline of the colorization over his body and then blowing the screen out with glow and shine. Here is a project file with the effect, it uses trapcode shine.

Have fun.

May 16, 2007 at 7:06 pm in reply to: LightsaberV2 Preset – Motion blur gives me bendy sabers? You may want to turn the shutter speed up. Unfortunately there are limitations to the easy way of doing things and perhaps you may have found one. To calculate motion blur based on 2 points isn’t always going to be perfect so I recommend learning other methods as well.
