Duplicate clip and create luma mask from neckline including bra. Duplicate again and use skin from arm in this mask.

The first step is that only used material is referenced, the second (consolidate) will copy this material to the new library.

Another possible option:
I’ve created one new app (and added a feature to X-Title Caption Convert).
For these betas I will use Dropbox.New: X-Title Caption Export
Easy way to convert one or more Caption tracks to SRT (some more simple formats will follow).
Just drag a project from FCP browser or project XML to the app’s window, XML to the app’s icon or open an XML via menu.
If more than one caption track is found the app asks to select one – this will happen until either all tracks are converted or the user stops the conversion.
The .srt files will be saved to the desktop as “original project name-..srt”.
Prefs are not yet working. Current version will work for all X-Title owners without limits, for others it will stop at 88 titles per language.
Usage is really simple, conversion fast.
I would appreciate some sample XMLs from you.

15 pt was a stupid example to show what’s going wrong, but for readable subtitles (open captions) outline is a kind of must – not 15pt though. And the way DVR handles it will make ‘Arial’ into ‘Arial Thin’ (just another example) and that’s not an option.

And it is the same “garbage” as before.
Try a white letter with a 15 pt black “Outline” and tell me what you see – probably not a white letter.Spherico

You can try my X-Title Importer/Exporter as well.
It doesn’t use the Closed Caption type of Resolve 15 but a standard Title workflow.
The real bad thing with Resolve is that there is no “Outline” only an “Inline” option – even though they call it “Outline” ????– Andreas

Closed Caption = subtitle text instructions embedded in video stream
In rough:
US CEA-608 only allows one language and is limited in regards of languages (character sets). It’s also somehow outdated cause it’s thought for analog TV.
US CEA-708 is for the digital age and allows all UTF-8 character sets with multiple languages allowed.
Basic 32 characters per line (theory) less with colored text.
CEA supports NTSC, PAL M.Teletext allows all UTF-8 character sets with multiple languages allowed.
Basic 42 characters per line (theory) less with colored text.
Teletext supports all.Additional things like audio descriptions, reading speed, text formatting, subtitle length and other timing things do apply.
Differs by country and station.A “technical correct” preview for the current implemented CEA-608 version can’t be done yet with BMD hardware yet.
Another option for CC are side car files which are embedded in the “package” and might be a kind of “preliminary package”, allowed Types are SCC, EBU-STL (EBU 37/Teletext), EBU-TTML.
Same broadcast rules as above apply.With Apple’s current version of MXF you can’t embed CC into the video stream. This version allows AV content only and no meta data like CCs.
Other types like used by YouTube, Netflix, Vimeo etc use side car files by default – not a package. iTunes use a special package though.
For each of those services rules apply – similar to those above. Netflix probably has the most strict rules.Finally there are Open Captions (burned in) – seems there are no real rules except “Title Safe” and even there a lot of people say: this doesn’t apply in the digital age.
So it’s kind of Wild West for low quality subtitles. BBC recommends a Title Safe Area of around 60% and I highly recommend.– Andreas
