Hi Dave, thanks for replay.
I have this project and unfortunately i cannot update any footages.
In the job description, they ask me:

Please sharpen all footages 25% before applying your effects on top.
Select DEINTERLACED due to the possible generation degrade.

I do not really understand.

I tryed with white text and black solid background. The black solid fade out and leaves the text with a transparent background.

Have you try to select from render queue output module setting:

Channel: RGB+Alpha
Depht: Millions of colors
Color: Premultiplied (Matted)

The trouble is that i try also with the rotobrush but does not give good result in my footage. Also do you know why when i use luma key effect there is little bit of trasparency in the footage? Thanks in advance
