thanks a lot Theo.. I will check it out…

Does this mean that there is no way to emulate that sound with vegas?

  • I remember registering… I sent a mail to sony…let’s wait and see…thx everyone

  • thx Mike… you are being very helpful and patient. Let me start from square one as you say. I started reinstalling Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 8.0 after a brief use some time ago. At the time I remember installing the sw, getting the files frommy video camera… editing, doing the menu and burning the dvd.
Then I remember also installing BOris effects but did not use it.

After burning the dvd I removed the application from my pc.

This we I decided to make a new dvd so I connected my external HD where I had Vegas… installed it and grabbed the new files from my videocamera, edited the video and after having finished the editing pressed Make Movie, selected Burn DVD and the software informed me that it did not find Architect.

So I downloaded the trial architect version and am trying with it in the way I previously explained.

  • I probably must have made mistakes reinstalling vegas Movie Studio platinum 8.0 because when I select Burn DVD it tells me he can’t find DVD arhitect.

At this point I decided to export the file in avi, install Architect and import the video file in it.
It seems to have worked but I am 99% sure it is not the way I managed to make my dvd some time ago during my first use of Vegas.

The procedure was a lot more smoother…what am I doing wrong?

  • I am using Dvd Architect PRO 4.5

I managed to produce the file deselecting the option regarding the looping of the file … I thus created and AVI file that I imported on architect… but it wasn’t the way I worked previously… the point is that I used the sony suite awhile ago and can’t remember the way I did it…but it wasn’t this way.

In addition Vegas doesn’t seem to see I have the Architecy installed…
