    Hi there,
does anybody know if there is a way to get an audio file that I want to put in my video stop abruptly and produce the sound that is similar to a tire that stops?
I don’t know if I managed to explain myself in a proper way…

I wanted to introduce my video with recent footage and then stop it abruptly since I also have to show some old stuff before inserting a transition saying something like “wait…let’s go back awhile before..”:-)

In addition I wonder if there is an audio collection with files that could be useful while editing videos that you could suggest.
    Thanks in advance.

Vegas Movie Studio Platinum Pro (and previously Vegas Movie Studio 8 platinum) are supplied with a CD full of sound effects. But also the Designer Sound FX and the ProScores from VideoCopilot might be very usefull for you (but are not free).
