there may be lot’s of things but
1- do not use multiple frames simultaneously
2- your project may contain lot’s of effects/layers/actions/presets etc.those make it harder to calculate.. Also 1:45 is quite long, so it may take an hour or over an hour.. This is normal, if you have so much layers or effects etc..

March 28, 2010 at 4:38 am in reply to: DVD Studio Pro: I’m making the menu + client is assembling functionality = DISASTER?Dear Danielle,
I hope the link below will give you some idea in advanced way. That tutorial is about Adobe Encore but preparation starts in after effects. And if you take a look at DVDSP( click this link and see how simple it is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Bo9RfM-j8U , there is nothing to be worry about it) , you just need to do your animation videos, rest of it is up to your client.https://videocopilot.net/tutorials/dvd_authoring/

March 28, 2010 at 4:20 am in reply to: Need help.. Having a hard time getting rid of colour lines?I have magicbullet suite too but not the others… So I couldn’t have enough research about the problem. I think, there may be a problem with your raw footage. have you tried to render only raw footage without any plug-ins applied? Just do an experiment with the same render settings, and then let’s see what will happen. What is your OS? MacOs, Windows XP,Vista,7? If it is mac, I can not say anything.. If it is a PC, please tell me about your configuation..

I am not sure but it looks like you are using a trial version. Just make it registered version.. If you have bought it check your serial number or registering issues…
(for the quicktime) try to download the latest quicktime plugin and player.. If you have it, try to, in render queue/quicktime/format options, choose “animation” not the others..

I have dowloaded your files and tried to do it with after effects’ trackers but I couldn’t find any definite points to track. So Joey is right, you should use definitely mocha.. you may know about it but here is some very helpful video tutorial links:

[Dave LaRonde] “If your line art is in vector form in an Illustrator document, you can turn the lines into layers in the document. When you import the Illustrator document into After Effects, you can turn the Illustrator paths into masks on a solid.”
Sorry, I am late.. but also Dave’s given the answer. That was the idea that I wrote “preparing the footage takes a bit time..”. I just wanted to see drawing (or it might be an image). Illustrator and after effects work together very well. So I am not sure but there must be a menu when you right click on your lines after you select. Then when you import it to AE use stroke effect.

Hi, the effect you want to make is simple but takes a bit time to prepare the footage. If you show me or send me via e-mail ( alptonay@yahoo.com.tr) the image you want to draw, I can send the instruction how you should make it. ( If “https://www.istockphoto.com/stock-video-10145302-2010.php” is the effect you want…)

[Joey Foreman] “Still look bad?
Make sure you’re not working at Draft quality in the timeline, and that you’re viewing at Full resolution in the Comp window.”
and yeah, Joey is right too.. sometimes we may miss out these kind of settings
