Make that image 3D layer. then add a new camera (layer/new/camera) and null object (layer/new/null object. turn null object to 3D layer and parent the camera to the null object. After these preparations, just play around the null object’s position values as you want. (x,y,z scale)

You need to use a bunch of layers.. In some of them will be used cc pixel poly, some of them will be used particular. Eg:

here is one of my videos.. In the 32nd second you will see a firework of a logo. this is made of particular.. They explode and dropping down.. you can use this for spreading out particles to floor and for the bigger pieces you can use cc pixel poly..I think this will give you some idea.. If you like this idea I can send you how to make that “firework” scene..

I think you haven’t seperate objects.. I mean building must be a precomp layer, room must be a precomp layer and after you precomp these, turn on collapse transformation switches and make them 3d layer again. Then you can put the room inside the building. Don’t use camera in precomps. here is one of my 3D work similar to yours. (in first 10 seconds all of the layers put in together after they have been precomped)

make both comp precomp, then turn on 3d phonebox’s collapse transformation button and make it 3d layer again.. then you can play around the layers as you want. that’s it

my english is not so good, perhaps I have understood wrong but: if you play it on external dvd player and external monitor, this means safe areas cropped. Try to open “Title Safe area” on software, you will see the cropped areas.. so after that you can put your comps into safe area..
