I was wondering about that – telling the customer to do their own dupes and how that would effect biz…

I think they want me to do it …

I have probably given them too low a price as I don’t know what a dupe house is going to charge but I told them the price could change and they said ok.

I am going to start shopping around in the local Raleigh, NC area.

I’m on a Mac using 10.3.9 and neither of those suggestions work on the Firefox browser.

Sounds good except he didn’t respond to 2 emails which is how he told me to contact him. And just presenting myself at the office would be a no-no.

I waited 2-3 weeks before I dropped off the mockup; less intrusive then a phone call which is the only other option. Letter?? Fax? Instant message?
There was no other communication channel open.

Not a hard sell in my opinion.

Well he has not repsonded to emails or anything so I guess that is that.
I hate when I do a demo dvd for nothing. At least he could say he received it. My guess is he doesn’t want to do biz with a patient in case something goes wrong which I understand.

The dental humor has been helpful guys. Very toothy.

Yea I caught that… gave some stock stuff and did 10 second montage with some dentist scenes – not too complicated. I think he might be worried about doing biz with a regular patient.

Looks like this is going to happen.
Can you recommend a screen cap for their Windows PC? It has to be captured to their PC first – animation won’t run on my comp.

I am on a mac and after capture will have to get it over to my laptop.
