Most of the media was originally in AVCHD and FCPX transcoded it to ProRes. The are movs.

I also have subtitles and credits and those are fine. We can actually hear the footage no problem. We just can’t see it.

Thanks, Russ. Do you mean using the setting under “Apple Devices” called 1080p for Apple Devices? In the old compressor, I used to turn frame control on and to do “Resize Filter: Best.” Is that something you still recommend with the new compressor?

I didn’t see anything about enabling streamer. Where would I do that? And will that change the quality of the final product? By which I mean, should I make two different versions? One for Facebook and one for consumption on my computer and on DVD?

It took a long time to process but it is beautiful!!! Thank you, thank you, Rafael. That was so helpful and now I have much better image quality than I did before!

I was just wondering what those dimensions should be. I’m now running it with display bounds 1920×1080 as Rafael recommended. I’ll report on how it goes…

So there are a lot of options for Calibrated. Do you recommend a particular one for Final Cut Pro 6?
