    Hello George,
i’ve actually tried all formats and framerates and the results are just the same. Even a 2.7k at 60 fps gets ghosty as soon as i barely slow it down.
Unfortunately i don’t have enough budget to buy twixtor, but what I don’t understand is if this is just a problem of my footage/computer or if everyone using Vegas simply gives up on slowmotions because there is nothing to do about it (but it sounds so unrealistic to me, when it comes to paying hundreds of dollars for a professional software still experiencing such limitations).

    Anybody has a clue?

I mean, this keep happening since vegas 9 and with all kinds of footage, but i’ve never seen this happening to people making videos with other softwares.
Is it only Vegas or is it me missing an important piece of the puzzle?

Thank you for your help Steve!
So is there really nothing I can do about this ghosting without losing in smoothness?
Is it possible that during all these years Sony Vegas hasn’t figured out a solution for such a common and irritating issue?
All videos that come out this way are not usable at all!

    dear Steven,
as i wrote in my message, i don’t want to desable resampling because the video would lose all the smoothness in slowmotions.
I need to find another option.
