Arthur, if you are using FX standalone or keyframer then you can import a “movie” and change the duration length but remember that you can only extend the duration of the movie clip to the actual original maximum length. After that whatever is in the track below will be shown. If the duration is less than the max length then you will see that shortened version.

If you open up Boris via your NLE then you cannot alter the duration, you can only do that within your NLE prior to opening Boris.

Thanks Tony, the only reason I asked was because a “bride” asked for a lightning effect in her wedding video. Unless she is expecting a stormy future I could not see how it would be appropriate. After discussing it with her she decided to change her mind. I did have a laugh when she first asked me though hehe.

Mark, set your keyframe interpolation to hold for those specific keyframes. If need be add the tracks you want to move in a container or the opposite add the static tracks in a container and keyframe the container. It all depends exactly what you want to do.

Peter, I was looking through Graffiti the other day and noticed 2 of the preset styles incorrectly tagged/named (needed swapping over).

V5.1.5.0706 – I was going through the styles and noticed them but forgot to write them down, now I cannot find them again.

“unless” I had one of the attributes unchecked in error!!!!!

Thanks Peter, I just have to remember to add that adjustment before I add the FX. On another point what is your email again?

Peter, I did send an email off to support as you suggested but never got any response at all. I have since re-installed FX and everything is OK.
