when i play a video, audio doesn’t match up with video. Audio is played randomly starting music come on mid of the video , means all audio get mixed up.It happens with all of my avi files

it is a movie in avi format frame size 688×284 size 701 mb
if the size of video is less than 100 mb then also it lags -
is there any other reason than this

my pp4 also used 100% processor but still i can surf net, play songs and play video i am having pentium d 3.0 ghz
2 core doesn’t mean u have 2 separate processor and when 1 is available for u, at 100% usage it uses both the core of your processor but still u can run other app smoothly
