Go to CAMERA MODE,get CAMERA MANUAL , goto to OTHER FUNCTION,
select USER FILE , select INITIAL , select YES .

Deck mechanism can’t finish loading tape cycle in time ( may be
mechanism or cassette has problem ), may need service .

Before send it to repair , try do the reset , go to the manual
select” other function ” then ” user file ” ” initial ” “yes”
turn off .
