Make sure to make your footage is interlaced if you shot progressive, and dumb down the resolution.

hi thanks for your reply, i shot the animation using a digital camera to make it a stop motion animation. The picturea are high definition with images sizes 3648×2048 pixels. Is is still possible to dumb down resoulution? I forgot to add that i also used bad tv effect and modified it to already have some faint lines and to make it abit more pixelated.

so with the timecode generator, can u seet any time with it? how would i add the date?

Hi i just saw your post, have you had any luck so far? I am also trying to also create a simliar effect. I have just got permission from these people https://www.nationalfloodschool.co.uk/flood_house.htm (i am a student)they have a special build house with 8 rooms (kitchen living room, bedroom etc) which they flood to train carpet cleaners, and specialist flood people. its great for filming in.

thanks, i read somewhere that you can use a positioning technique called hanging foreground which involves putting the model at a certain distance from the nodal point of your lens which would make it appear enlarged. Do you know about this effect?

Thanks for your reply, Ive had after effects and access to final cut pro. I am a design student working on a project. i know of trapcode is this any good? I dont supoose you;d be up for a try?!!
