Premiere Pro only supports the firewire interface or a 3rd party card. The USB box will not be supported.

Not really. You will have to use plugins such as Instant HD from Red Giant or reSizer 2.0.

I am an ACE in Premiere Pro. To be honest, you won’t really be prepared for the exam using any books. It requires a LOT of practical and industry knowledge to pass the exams (atleast the Premiere Pro ones). I haven’t taken any of the others, but if you post in the respective forums, I am sure that some of the leaders are ACEs.

The Mac really doesn’t offer any enhancements, hardware wise. If you are looking to purchase a new PC, take a look at the newer Intel chips that were released in June. They are supposed to be the best around.

I agree with Harm on this one. Also, applying the TC filter on each clip will reset the count to 00:00:00:00 and that is something you don’t want.
