On the HVX200 do you plan on capturing directly to the P2 cards? If so, you will have to pay an additional fee to get MXF import capabilities.

BTW…I would be very careful with purchasing those licenses, especially if all they are offering are keycodes. Make sure that they offer the original disc and the serial #. If not, Adobe has a piracy reporting form on their website.

Technically, you are attempting to increase the dimensions by almost 300%, which would result in significant quality loss, regardless of the application used. I would try to use some Gaussian blur or some other blur to minimize the amount of pixelation/distortion.

Canopus Procoder 2.0 has worked for me in the past. Other than that, try using After Effects.

I ALWAYS markup any subcontracted work. There are entire businesses that do just that. I know someone who owns an IT placement firm, where they connect individuals with companies looking to fill spots(similar to a talent agencies, in a way). The markup for this particular firm ranges from 25% to 60%.
My markup range varies tremendously. For some companies it’s as low as 5%, where as for other companies it is 40%.

Mini DVD? Premiere Pro doesn’t import DVD files. Premiere elements is perhaps the better option for you.

Premiere Pro is not the right tool for what you are looking to do. I would reccomend taking a look at a real DVD authoring application, such as Adobe Encore DVD.
