“Moving the drive is no less safe, besides copying over the network would be slower then putting both drives in one computer and copying from one drive to another there.

You should be able to read the files on a the mac, so I would copy the files to your other drive and then reformat the drive for the mac.

$129 is a small price to pay, its much cheeper then if you had to buy a copy of windows again.

Well you had to have a Tiger disk to install Tiger. So ether you lost your disk or you never had one. If it is the latter then go and actually buy one. How can you expect help on software that you didn’t actually buy. If you lost your disks then you should start looking and if you cant find then you will need to purchase new ones.

It actually can cause problems especially if you repair disc permissions for it.

720p refers to the frame size and progressive video. The 60 refers to the frame rate, aka 60 fps other examples of frame rates are 24 fps, 30 fps. and if you are in PAL country 50fps.

Just a heads up, I had to use Data Rescue II before and it can find lots of files but when they are recovered then they are just names numerically, because Data Rescue II cannot recover file names.
So even if it can find then you still have to manually rename all of the recovered files.

Just use the easy set up that corresponds with the settings it was shot at.
