wav files
I have some VO that is a wav file. I used “soundconverter” to convert it to an aiff. After I noticed some distortion. Is there a reason not to use wav files in FCP?

I use wavs frequently, if that’s the format something comes in on. I like aiffs better, but I’ve never had any problem with wavs. I’ve just noticed they come in much hotter than aiffs, but they are perfectly fine to edit with.
