Has anyone tried deleting their prefences and then re-start their computer?

this is why I never do an archive install.

For Sean’s problem, I’m not sure what to think. Sean, you did an Upgrade install of Tiger right? Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling FCP? How did that go?
