Sony Vegas 11 Rendering
When I go render the project, I only get the audio portion and not video, have tried several times, this is a final project for school so need help soon, thank you DJ

What file format are you rendering to?

Which specific one are you trying?
Are you using Pro 11 or Movie Studio 11? -
Mike, thanks for the quick replies, it is platinum 11 version I believe, I am at work, and the desktop is at home, would it be better to save to a different format?

Dan, it all depends on what you intend to use it for.
As an example, if this is for YouTube, then it’s a great choice. -
thanks again, my professor wants it posted on YouTube so he can see without me having to deliver a disc or thumb drive, I am trying to accomidate, but the program is not rendering properly, I am obviously frustrated and hoping that someone will deliver me a magic bullet….again thanks

I use Vegas Pro but the basics should be the same.
Post again when you get home tonight and let me know what specific template you’re trying and I’ll do my best to get you through it. -
thank you again Mike, I am actually located in the Mountain Time Zone, my company is based in California, I am planning on running home at lunch today,in about an hour, or getting out of here early to make it happen

Dan, I’m in the Eastern time zone but I’m usually up fairly late so whenever you get around to it should be OK with me.

mike we have tried to render several times and only audio is rendering, please help
