Someone wants to license a clip of mine. Help?
Hi
Got an email tonight that someone wants to license a clip of a video I shot. I created a DVD and have been selling it. Apparently this person either purchased or saw the video.He said he needed a clip for a presentation.
In my reply I asked him how long of a clip he needed and what the presentation was all about among other questions.
So what do I charge? What kind of paperwork would I need? Is there any ‘stock’ license agreements available anyplace?
Any help at this point would be appreciated as I never got into this before and didn’t really think I would! ha!
