What is the best way to maximize the quality of my motion graphics completed in After Effects CS3?

I am tired of watching commercials with beautiful end tags and graphics on TV, and feeling like my work doesn’t measure up. Is it that they are composed on high end machines that I can’t match?

I usually export using Quicktime Uncompressed 8-bit.

The footage is usually done using some sort of HD camera

If I read the first post correctly, it is not just the image quality…right ???

I would suggest going through tutorials to better your understanding of AE. For me, a dead giveaway of a rookie is the overuse of linear interpolation….also the lack, or overuse of motion blur. Too much motion blur looks bad, not enough makes animation look unreal.
