  Need advice on PDW-F75 decks

  We want to use a workflow where we transfer the BPAV folder from the SxS cards to the User Data folder on a XDCAM optical disk. We do this with a card reader for the SxS card, and PDW-U1 drive for the disk.

  The problem:

  Our edit suites are equipped with PDW-F75 decks, and for some reason, these F75 decks do NOT see the User Data folder. I realize that we will NOT be able to “play” this video on these decks, but I was certainly counting on the decks being able to “see” the files so we could use XDCAM Transfer to import the video into Final Cut.

  Is there any way to get the F75 decks to see and read the User Data folder?
