October 7, 2013 at 7:10 pmHi,
I’m newer to Premiere CC and I shoot with a Panasonic AF100. I have brought in files via the Media Browser pane, but I get a strange audio drop out. The clip will start, play with audio in sync and then about 10-15 seconds later the audio will simply drop out. There are no wave forms. No audio. This makes this product obsolete to me as I have yet to find a work around. Any ideas? -

December 17, 2013 at 4:54 pmYou should download the free opensource software called Handbrake. It’s a converter which reads MTS files. You can put them in there and just convert them to mp4. It worked for me. The sound and the image worked fine again!
Try it 🙂

December 24, 2013 at 1:37 amI just had the same problem with CC 7.2.1 and deleted my cache files and when they got reconfirmed it all worked again. I was halfway through a project so I had to get it to work.
