  Mixing 24fps and 30 fps in Premiere 1.5

  I have footage that was shot in 24fps and 30 fps and I am working in Premiere 1.5 with Canoups default 30fps project settings and my 24 footage is flickering. Its extremely obviuos on the bright part which have an onvious light flicker. How can I mix these two frames rate without a stutter problem.
