KONA LHI Output screen goes crazy on playback then FCP crashes

So we decided to try running off of 10.5.8 to see if anything helped our situation, but nope. The new card that AJA even sent to us did the same thing. I have a feeling it could something to do with AJA and FCP 7 and or Our Raid 5 Gtech G-Speed Es Drives not working correctly with each other. It is hooked up by esata and is reading at 326mb/s. ABout what it should be. So i am stumped!!!

We are a 422 Pro Res 1920×1080 23.98 Sequence that is being sent out as a 1080i 10 Bit UNcompressed 29.97 format to our Panasonic 42in TC-P4TS1 HDTV(Consumer). If any one has any suggestions please send them… or maybe better settings suggestions, cause this is the way two different post houses have set up the AJA Settings to get to our tv. thanks to all
