How do I go about doing this? I know how to with Photoshop but Photoshop 7 isn’t a video editing program so I read some things online and figured I’d try with Sony Vegas but I have no idea where to start. What I’m trying to do is replace the face in a video clip I have dragged onto the timeline with another face from a *picture*. Is this possible and how do I do it? Thank you so much

Yes it is possible, first in photo shop you will need to blank out the background of the face to one color, then chromakey in vegas, then pancrop the face to follow your subject. At least thats how I would do it.
