Hello, I shot my music video with a Sony HDR-FX7. I am editing with Final Cut Pro 6. I want to export so that when I upload to YouTube, (and maybe Vimeo), it will be at the highest quality and show HD. What are some recommended Export Video settings, Size Settings, and Audio Settings? H.267 seems to take forever (yes, it’s being exported to my external 500Gig Hardrive). And it hardly ever goes all the way through when using my Macbook pro, which is my only choice right now. So are there any other settings directly under that one in HD quality?

    Thank you.

I use mpeg stream clip for all of that.

H.264 at 2,000 kbps at whatever HD res it is.

    works really well.
