How can I add h.264 as a compression to my Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5

The best way would be to buy QuickTime Pro from Apple (29.95 USD).
It won’t be a conversion internal to PPro as you will have to export a Master clip, but an extra disk drive and a 30 dollar piece of software is still cheaper than most standalone transcoding applications…
