July 9, 2005 at 6:50 pmThere has already been a thread about this. Don’t remember if it was AE Cow or C4D Cow, but give it a search. If I remember correctly, the guy who did it said how it was done.

July 10, 2005 at 10:32 amYeah, I responded in your last thread. I’ll repaste my response here:
Go here:
It’s Barend’s review of CC’s new plug-ins. Check out the one called CC Environment. It allows you to wrap the image on the inside of a virtual sphere inside AE that locks to the comp camera.
Although I still say this is what you should do in the first place inside of Max.
This is basically how the big movies do BGs. They put images on the inside of sphere’s in 3D. Or in 3D compositors they do a simulation of it called ‘pan and tile’. Pan and tile you can do in AE without plug-ins, it’s just a practice to get it to look right. Look up “Pan and Tile composite” on the web and learn about it as well.

July 10, 2005 at 2:34 pmArooonfx,
I have shut off your previous account because you pushed on people too hard by asking that people give give project files or do your work for you. This site does NOT condone such things and I will ask that you actually *read* people’s responses like Chris’s and do what they suggest rather than regularly ask people to send you project files or do your work for you.
Chris and the other leaders here are volunteers and were they to start doing projects for people, they would never get anything else done. There are so many people here that if people thought that they did this, they’d have no time of their own — they’d be doing project files all the time.
Thanks for listening,
Ron Lindeboom

July 10, 2005 at 2:53 pmhello Ron Lindeboom
i am very sorry for such a behaviour..
it was my mistake that i didnt think abt their rush..
sorry 4 that..i often ask about aep files so that i can understand it much better…
and it;z not that i am asking them to do my work..
in this case, i tried everthing that others told me … but i ma not satisfied with the results,, thatz why i asked for a sample aep file..
sorry for that Ron Lindeboom….i thought tat if any one who read this is having the sample file, then they can post it .. that was my main intention ..
dont misunderstand me for that … please
i am sorry ..sorry

July 10, 2005 at 3:21 pmIt is one thing if a leader or a member *offers* an AEP file for people to explore. It is quite another to *regularly* push on people for them. That is why I closed your last account. We like to maintain a sense of balance and decorum here at Creative Cow. These leaders are volunteers and they offer a lot of ideas and support for our members. Those who persist in pushing on them beyond what is reasonable and respectful of their position as volunteers, find their accounts closed.
Best regards,
Ron Lindeboom

July 10, 2005 at 5:22 pmHey Aroon,
Like Ron mentioned, to offer project files is perfectly fine if you’re feeling generous. Just asking for them is a tall order.
