I am trying to export frames of video to use in photoshop with PPro 2.0. The original footage is 16:9 (1.2 pixel aspect) and I can’t seem to do so without letterboxing or squeezing the image making everyone look skinny (which is probably flattering for the subjects, but not my reputation.)

What do I need to change my settings to to make the image correct?

BTW – why can’t I export jpegs? what is the best file type to export into photoshop?

    Thanks all!

    Try exporting to Tiff.

    Size: 864 x 480 1.0 pixel aspect ratio
