    Does Plural Eyes 3 work with TC solely?

    I’d like use a single app for syncing. Most of our syncing uses .wav with matching TC to picture.

    Will Plural Eyes 3 work without a scratch audio track and use TC to sync?

    I’d also like to use it to attach a mix with matching TC to a QT file and then export as a reference movie?

    Does PE3 export reference movies?
