You haven’t mentioned trying to return the product or asking them to give your money back. Obviously it’s broke and has been from the start. When something like that happens to me I do not permit it to be repaired. I demand a replacement. If ProMax wouldn’ t offer that, you have right to complain. You deserve to be made right. Ask your self what that is, tell them that’s what you want. If they won’t give that to you, decide if it’s worth pursuing in a legal forum like small claims court. Then post your experience with the company completely truthfully and honestly. It’s not slamming or slander if you simply state the facts. Which it appears you have. But you didn’t state what you asked of them and what they offered.
