Color Finale license problems
Has anyone else had issues with their license being lost by color finale when updating to v1.8???
I’ve graded a full project in FCPX with Color Finale, and the plugin has just this morning locked me out by saying it is not activated. The license key I got from paddle doesn’t work (it is over 2 years old but this shouldn’t be an issue) and I have not got time left to go back and re-grade in another program, particularly as client signed off the looks over the weekend. Tech support has ignored emails from Friday but as they are US based and we are UK I’m hoping its a time difference problem and they are closed on weekends.
Anyone else have similar issues or a workaround?

They moved to a new licensing scheme with I thing v1.6. Email them. They are very responsive. Sent me a new license the same day.
