  Clips exporting with different in/out points

  I’m trying to export a sequence, however some of the clips on the timeline export with different in and out points to those on the timeline.

  The clips are MP4s compaered to the DV footage of the rest of the sequence. Can anyone suggest a way to fix this?

  I even tried putting one of the clips in a new timeline and exporting it by itself to them put back into the timeline as an AVI however the single clip exports with pauses, judders and flickering…..I’m so close to finishing this project and would really appreciate some help! 🙂
