    Hi all,
I captured multiple files in the wrong format (black Magic PAL 8bit) and with 16 audio channels thus creating huge files.
I only need audio channels 1 & 2. and would like to convert the video format to Prores.

What is the best way to do it?

    Thanks!

    Specs:
    10.6.8
    Final Cut Studio 3
    Adobe Production suite CS5.5
    Mac Pro 2010

With QT, you can open the Clips properties (Com-J) and delete the channels that you don’t need.
You have to do that clip by clip.
there is an application that can batch this process. “QTChange’. 20 Bucks, I think.
