Best software version
Hi
My FCP system needs to be reinstalled, but what are the most stabile version of FCP on OS X. I have a dual G5 2.7 and a dual 2.0 whit a ATTO UL4D scsi card and decklink extreme and pro, 3 HUGE raids and FCP 5 AND OSX 10.4.
What combination are the best of:
OSX 10.4
FCP 5
ATTO driver
Decklink driverMorten Raarup
On Off Line Postproduction

I would upgrade everything. Decklink to 5.5.1, Tiger 10.4.6, FCP 5.04 or 5.1, make sure you have your ATTO card up to date with firmware and drivers as well. So far for me it’s been the best most stable configuration I’ve had.

ATTO driver and firmware are up to date, so that is why I’m straing from scrach. But it is some kind of ATTO or HUGE RAID problem I have. when i’m copying fro one huge raide to an other the whole systems dies.
