Adobe Help Center – preset gallery anims VERY slow!
This new “Help Center” is anything but! It’s fine for text & stills, but the thing I use the most from AFX help are the preset galleries, and they are terribly slow in AFX 7’s Help Center.
Anyone know where/if the help files can be loaded with a browser? I found a zip file containing help files, and the animated gifs – I dropped one gif anim on a browser & it played fine. But I couldn’t find any html files I could use to view the galleries. -

Never mind – one of the few dangers of a 23″ display – I always open Help Center fullscreen… and with AFX, FCP, Motion, etc etc running, the system can’t play back 12-15 gif anims at the same time. shrunk window, they play fine. doh.
