July 19, 2013 at 5:35 amDear Lord…
I won’t use that pic and even if I was, that’s my problem.
I ONLY got it to send you to see your example.
How could this be so complicated.
Get any pic you have there and create that example. We have so much time and so little to do! / Willy Wonka

July 19, 2013 at 5:47 amWhy are you resistant in sending your own background? It would make more sense to manipulate that which you intended to use – no?
Cheers

July 19, 2013 at 6:06 amIt’s 3 am here, I’m in my bed, my stuff is in my computer at my recording studio.
I’m a musician so I don’t work with videos, my videos are only for me and my friends to apreciate my music having something to look at.
No need to help, thanks a lot for complicating something so simple, you just had to make an example of whatever you were saying with ANY image,it’s just an example, none of us will use it.
Thanks again. We have so much time and so little to do! / Willy Wonka

Better to work with what is intended to be used. How is that making something more complicated? Working WITH what will be used will eradicate any issues about suitability.

July 19, 2013 at 5:08 pmGraham, if I understand the original question then your I agree with reply that what can be done is extremely dependent on what you have to work with.

July 20, 2013 at 12:49 pmJoao,
Did you read my reply? Did you understand what could be done with Vegas 3D Track Motion and what could be done with After Effects and a Camera Mapper? Did that answer your question?
If you did, then you should realize that the illusion of 3D you can create will be dependent on the geometry that you can pull out of the background image. So the background image will have an impact on what can be done (copyrights aside).
Graham and Steve are trying to give you specific suggestions and it’s silly to suggest what can be done with a picture that won’t be used. 😉
