After creating a multiclip (only two angles), switching from sync off to open, when I start playing the track in the timeline the viewer defaults to one camera. When I pause playback both angles appear. I have experienced this with other clips but problem went away without knowing how it was fixed. (Perhaps a restart is needed?)
How can I avoid this problem? What am I doing wrong?
I am using Final Cut Pro 7.03, all clips are prores 422, nothing out of the ordinary. Thanks in advance.

IN the RT menu on the timeline, make sure you have MULTICLIP PLAYBACK checked.

Try going thru the trashing pref’s and stuff.

This happens to me from time to time. Got no clue why, its just random. Sometimes if I restart and trash prefs it works fine. Sometimes I just gotta wait a day and it will work again.
