  Mix dv and 8-bit

  Hello,

  when i mix two clips: first captured with decklink 5.6 PAL dv codec
  2. with 8 bit PAL and apply by example a dissolve between those clips
  the reuslt “skips” down by one or two line of the 720.

  Also i want to caputre clips in PAL DV Decklink Codec and render the
  effekt with 8-bit for a better quality, no way…it also skips down.

  Does anybody have a workaround to mix those two codecs in a timeline!

  My workaround is to apply a null filter to the incoming/outgoing DV clips to force render. I normally use ‘brightness/contrast’ set to zero.
