    Hi,

Sorry if this is an amateur question but something which I’ve been trying to wrap my head around and failing.

We’ve got a 2K DCI Full 2048 x 1080 1.90:1 project with transcoded media (mostly) at the same resolution through a Da Vinci Roundtrip (Scott Freeman etc).

When I drop any media into the timeline it appears with an ‘S’ effect over the top and a green square. I’ve managed to figure out that these mean there is a FrameFlex effect applied to the clip and that the aspect ratio is 16:9. Should it not be 1:90.1?

We do have some footage which was shot at 16:9 but that was also transcoded to 2048×1080 to match the settings of the project and were then just planning on resizing the image as and when.

    Thanks,

    Ben
