What is the best compressor to use? Should I leave it at DV/DVCPRO NTSC? Should I use other compressor setting?

Sequence settings:
Frame Size NTSC DV (3:2) or NTSC (4:3)? I am using the (4:3).
Pixel Aspect Ratio… using NTSC CCIR 601 / DV (720×480)… is that right?
Compressor – DVD DVNCPRO -NTCS or Apple pro res 422???
And video procession, YUV or RGB???

I have the audio from my FCP exported as dual stereo. I am creating a DVD using DVD Studio Pro. The audio setting on FCP is 48 khz / 16-bit.

Thanks. I will position the shots on even numbers. Also, should I just export it as Quicktime DV NTSC 48 khz Anamorphic or should I do something else? My plan is to export it as quicktime to a miniDV tape and take it to a video house for them to make a Digital Beta of it. Thanks again for the suggestions.
