i’m using imation dvd+r. It used to work fine with a player i had for so long. My bitrate is always less than 8mb, about 5mb to 6mb.
Also, another observation that i forgot to mention: If the disc plays for the first time in a ‘good’ player without any problems, the disc becomes playable with no problems in any other player thereafter, including the ‘bad’ ones. Its like as if a ‘good’ player sort it out for the rest. But if its played for the first time on a ‘bad’ player, it’ll either remain bad or damaged for good.I know this sounds weird, but i’ll take your advice and proceed to the recommended verbatim discs.nothing to lose anyway.
